All Sales Are Final. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds.


*Due to hygiene reasons, there will strictly be no returns, exchanges or refunds on all accessories.


All goods will undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped out. 
In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us at hello@beeperi.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with:

  • Order name and number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • For clarification purposes - images and/or videos depicting the issue


We will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost upon verification.

We highly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or doubts. We'd be happy to clarify any queries you may have.

Cancellations

Please contact us immediately at hello@beeperi.com if you would like your order cancelled. As our production is processing IMMEDIATELY, we will not be able to accede to cancellation requests if the order has been produced.

In the event of a successful cancellation, you will be notified via the email address provided on your order, or the email address you have reached out to us with. A full refund will be processed to your original mode of payment (credit or debit card) within 3-5 business days.
